Vintage Omega Speedmaster Reduced 175.0032 from 1998
The Omega speedmaster, also known as the ´Moonwatch´, has always been the most iconic watch made by Omega. When the 42mm beast made it to the lunar surface on the wrist of Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong the watch withstood the pressures and forces brought upon it and thus became the first watch worn on the moon. The amazing watch we are offering today is the little brother of the watch worn by Buzz and Neil, the Omega Speedmaster Reduced 175.0032!
This gorgeous watch was born in 1988 in Switzerland and runs on the sturdy 1141 automatic chronograph movement. This reliable movement sits inside the reduced 39mm stainless steel case with a snap-on caseback with a Speedmaster emblem. On the other side of the watch is the beautiful black dial with three sunken sub-dials. Around the dial is a minute track with markers every 5 minutes which is unique to the reduced speedmaster. The Patina on this watch is nice with a light yellow tone indicating this watch has aged well. The striking white hands are a great contrast with the deep black dial and the black Tachymetre bezel which is in great condition. The overall condition of this watch is near mint, with a very sharp case, very minor to no scratches and a nice patina.
