Vintage Omega Geneve 136.0098 Grey Dial w/ original buckle

A stunning watch that’s all I can say. This watch has been completely restored from a salvaged piece (picture available for your imaging). Only the existing original parts were used except for the crystal. This watch has a grey/blue dial colour which depends on the kind of lighting. The 35mm case diameter is the perfect size in my opinion. Dressy but also informal due to the slightly larger size and playful light grey suede RIOS strap which comes with the original Omega buckle. All functions work beautifully as the watch has been serviced and the 4-month restoration process finalized in March 2021.

What we love:
-Amazing dial colour
-The watch has been fully serviced

What you should know:
-The hands show some discoloration but are original. The case has not been unpolished to increase collector’s value

OMEGA Geneve

Omega started applying “Genève” to the dials of the dressy 30mm watches they produced in 1953. This was in honour of their 30mm calibre that set records at the Geneva Observatory. In 1967 the name began to be applied to models throughout Omega’s range, such as the Omega Dynamic, that were produced in larger volumes.
