After Andres (from Montres Publiques) asked if I wanted to do an interview with him on the rise of vintage watch dealers on Instagram, I felt honored and gladly wanted to participate.
I really enjoyed talking about the future of the vintage watch industry and in particular the rise of the smaller (niche) online dealers., which includes myself.
The past year I have been steadily working on growing Vintage Masters and the customer base and to provide the best service possible. Big profits and quick money have never been my motivation to work on my business. Long term relationships are more valuable to me than big one time transactions.
You are only as good as your last sale.
During the interview we have primarily talked about why I started Vintage Masters, what my future plans are, how the rise of online dealers changes the traditional watch market and the effect of COVID-19 on the watch industry.
